We've been in need of some home improvements for quite some time now. After the roof was replaced, the next at the top of the list was replacing the patio door. This needed to be done simultaneously with the flooring in the dining/living rooms because, as you'll see, the patio door leaked and the sub floor rotted.
The new door was installed, followed by the new sub-flooring. Then we had help with installing the new hardwood flooring:
