Nana's Impromptu Surprise 68th Birthday Party!
On a busy weekend in February, with a horse show in the morning, we received a call from Nana's sister, my Aunt Judy, who wanted to surprise Nana for her birthday. Coming from an hour and a half away and arriving that afternoon, I rushed home from the horse show and cooked up a birthday feast, complete with Nana's favorite dessert, a pineapple upside-down cake.
